Our primary goal at Velocity Technology Resources is to recruit and deliver candidates of the highest caliber while also providing complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire recruitment process.  We offer Full-Time Placement, Consulting and Contract to Hire/Right to Hire options in order to meet that satisfaction.

IT Full-Time Hire: We work with our clients to define the important skills needed, as well as understand the culture, environment, and reporting structure in which the candidate will perform. Before we deliver any candidates, we make sure we ask the right questions, understand the skills needed, and work with you to determine your company’s long-term goals. We use these factors with a strong interview methodology; this is a finely tuned process that results in a small number of highly qualified candidates to submit. This process spares the company a significant amount of time and energy required to interview unqualified candidates.

IT Consulting:   Consulting offers complete flexibility, which makes consulting ideal and beneficial to clients. Contract staffing allows companies to focus on projects and deliverables, stay within budget, scale current staff up or down, and improve project completion with the right technical staff.

IT Contract to Hire:  Contract to Hire (Right to Hire) gives the employer a chance to review the work ethic, skill set, and work performance of the individual prior to a full-time commitment.  The Company will see if the candidate will be a good fit for the environment and company culture. This is essential to reduce risks and minimize costs.
